Our clients include some of the city’s most prominent management companies and building owners.   Since 1974, we’ve been dedicated to providing superior support. We’re proud to say we’ve never lost a contract over price or service. In fact, we still work for some of our original clients.   The buildings under our care are small or intermediate properties. We know what we’re good at. That’s why we specialize in this scale of property. Some are components of large, landmark portfolios.
